Behavioural measurement · Under pressure
What gets measured gets developed.
ResponsAgility is a behavioural assessment for organisations. Your people play short, branching workplace situations under realistic pressure, and how they decide is measured on three axes that never change. A coach works with what the map reveals. A replay shows what actually moved.
Between stimulus and response, there is a pause.
In that pause lives our ability to choose a response. Our response-ability. What we decide in that small space, under pressure, determines the quality of our lives, our relationships, and our organisations.
Now imagine ability becoming agility. Reading the moment and responding to it, collapsed into one movement. A different kind of awareness. ResponsAgility is more than assuming a duty. It's a way of being.
Why this exists
Self-report tells you the self-image.
Most assessments ask people to describe themselves, and people are good at that. Questionnaires get rehearsed answers. Interviews get best behaviour. None of it tells you what happens when the deadline lands, the client pushes back, and the easy option is right there.
Pressure is the honest interviewer. So instead of asking people what they would do, we put them in a situation, and watch what they do with the pause.
01 · Written for your world
Five situations, built for your organisation
We write five short workplace situations from your reality: your pressures, your clients, your standards. Nothing generic, no right answers to rehearse. This bundle is your cartridge: built once, sealed, and reused unchanged for every replay.
02 · Sealed
The instrument never drifts
Before anyone plays, the cartridge is sealed. Every player faces exactly the same situations, scored by the same deterministic engine, so a difference on the map is a difference in people, not in the instrument.
03 · Played
About an hour. Then a map.
Your people play on any device, responding the way they actually would. The moment play ends, every player holds a position on a shared map: the same three axes for everyone, from consultant to director. That map is what the coaching works from.
The instrument
Not a test. A situation.
A person plays through five short workplace situations and responds the way they actually would. The engine reads how they respond, on three axes that never change.
Axis 1
Thinking Style
From working the brief as given to building the path nobody briefed.
Axis 2
Pressure Response
What happens to the pause when the deadline lands.
Axis 3
Client Orientation
Whether the people in the room are real, or background to the task.

How we keep it honest
Deterministic scoring
Every score comes from sealed, pre-scored choices. AI narrates; it never scores.
Sealed instrument
Cartridges are sealed before play. Replays re-skin the surface, never the measurement, so change you see is change that happened.
Privacy by design
Player data lives in the EU, names never reach the scoring engine, and reports go only where your organisation's disclosure settings allow.
The engagement
Licensed per organisation. Delivered with a coach.
Access is licensed annually, per organisation. Your cartridge is written and sealed, your people play, about an hour each, and the real work happens between measurement and replay, with a coach: yours, or one of ours.
When the replay comes, the surface changes but the instrument doesn't. So the movement you see on the map is movement that happened in your people: a development delta you can point at.
See your people develop.
Access is provisioned per organisation. Tell us who you are and we'll come back to you, usually within two working days.
A coach yourself? We're building a network of accredited partner coaches who run ResponsAgility with their own clients. Say so in your message. We'd like to talk.
